Order Issues

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please let us know exactly what is wrong with the product or item.  We are constantly trying improving our quality, tweaking our recipes based on customer feedback.  We will replace any defective item if in stock or will remake the product if needed.

Delivery

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

You should receive an email tracking confirmation with each order, if you do not please contact us for more information

Do you offer international delivery?

Not as of right now.  The shipping along with customs forms make it prohibitive to ship at this time.  We may re-address this and change our policy in the future.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

You should receive a tracking number at the time of shipment, we reserve the right to ship out within 48-72 hours if at all possible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Any unused products with seals intact can be accepted for an exchange.  The exception to this is if product is opened and used we cannot exchange, if defective please see our return policy.
